2) Special Selection for International Students: Applicants must meet the following requirements and take the "Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students" by the Japanese Student Services Organization (= JASSO).

○Research Students
Research student is a student who does not seek the Bachelor degree and researches his/her special subjects at the faculty.

Half year or 1 year, but the period may be extended for special reasons( But the period can not be longer than 2 years). |

Qualification Requirements: |

In principle, those who graduated from university or completed the 16 years' school education |

Doctor's Course: ※Except for Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences (Medicine and Dentistry field)
Those who have Master's degree or expect to have it
Those who obtained the degree corresponded to Master's degree or expect to obtain it in foreign countries
Those who are approved to have the same or superior ability to have Master's degree by the graduate school of Okayama University
Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences (Medicine and Dentistry field)

<Special Auditors, Special Research Students>
Special Auditor and Special Research Student are students who come to Japan based on International Exchange Agreements between foreign universities and Okayama University.

Okayama University accepts short-term exchange students through "Exchange Program Okayama (EPOK)". They can take classes in English and the credits they got here can be authorized necessary credits for their graduation at home university.
